If you are having problems in the game or with one of the players, we ask that you contact us directly via our email soulcampaign@gmail.com so that the matter can be dealt with as quickly and cleanly as possible.

You may! All you have to do is send an e-mail to the mods, stating where your character will be taken. You do not need to send us a completely new app, but you must send us any part of your original app that will be affected by this canon update (a change in personality, history, or a different soul description word for example!). Make sure to include [CHARACTER NAME HERE] [CANON HERE] [CANON UPDATE] in the e-mail title!

Also, generally those who do canon update take their characters out of the game for one in-game day. It is not a necessity, but is generally done to explain the update done to their characters. Then their characters return on the new day with both their new memories, and the memories they had in the game. If you want him to keep his memories of his time already spent in SC, then you're more than welcome to!
