So, I basically derped and read the directions wrong when it concerns when I submit the app. For this round, were we basically able to submit the app whenever we wanted until Feb. 17 or was there like, a week of just "THIS IS WHEN YOU SUBMIT" apps? I completely forgot due to RL stuff happening this week to check and now I feel stupid for not knowing. XD;
