Going by Morgan's actions, they take a course to approach every formation with the same caution: that is, no caution. Any hulking form is met by a blade cutting it. There's several swords lost due to this, but Kyubey has enough energy to form more blades. It seemed like every other 'rock' was one of their eggs anyway and they didn't expect to be outright attacked like this with most people running as they emerge.

Despite layers, Morgan is swift and precise handling each kishin egg, cutting off claws, arms, and legs as necessary before the final blow. Each soul that appears is collected following their defeat, Kyubey pleased to swallow more energy. It's only the last egg that proves troublesome, aware of its fellows' defeat. While it changes tactics, it doesn't take much work to cut it down to soul size. Kyubey hops onto her soul and gladly eats the final soul.

Three souls reported and two added to their reward. Curious what Shibusen could be up to. Still, Morgan has her money and Kyubey gets a little more power.
