It's off to Australia, the land where you might accidentally get killed even in a world without monsters!
Lezard and Lily head on down unda and experience the strangeness of a southern hemisphere winter. The weather, expected to be hot and unbearable, is instead cool... almost downright mercilessly chilly once the sun goes down, but it doesn't stop them from hitting the rainforest and finding their target. Lezard is relieved to find that the wildlife isn't as dastardly as his time involving koalas with Amaterasu, a memory that leaves the mage grumpy at the sight of them much to Lily's confusion.
The forest is alive that night with strange sounds, enough to drive the locals to their homes. The forest becomes thick with an awful mist, but Lezard's fire makes quick work of the spores, rendering them to ash so that they may draw closer. The awful creature they meet is ferocious, attacking with spindly limbs and vines, destroying surrounding rainforest in attempts to crush them, but Lily and Lezard have practiced, their resonance strong.
Leading the beast into a clearing, it grants them their opportunity to call on the Venomous Servants spell without burning down the rainforest all the while, binding and burning their foe. Though dirtied, exhausted and scuffed, the pair end the conflict in the area and collect a kishin egg soul. They hurry back to Shibusen to report their success, and also get the HELL out of there.
