Prepared and more experienced to fight the clowns this time and not completely new to fighting together with a grand tally of zero points between them, Allen and Kaworu arrive with a more sobered understanding of who they're up against. And in a rematch with a growing style and understanding of pacing their somewhat peculiar but deep resonance to be nimble and incredibly hard-hitting glass cannon style force, they're more easily able to take down several on their own before rejoining and helping their teammates clear out the rest of the facility.

(Yes, Allen got lost in the maze. Sry.)

But Allen's mood is a little uneasy still about the soulless creations why clowns, really, why, but it's a quiet sort of moodiness he keeps to himself. (Well, and Kaworu. He can't do anything about that. What are walls when he's fighting. Crap.)

It's not to say they escape uninjured as Allen seems singularly able to get himself into situations where he gets knocked around, but at least he seems used to it and afterward sheepishly tries to sidestep the fact he looks like he fell facefirst the absolute wrong way down a cliff. No he's ok rly. His uniform's going to need a tailor though....
