Hearing reports of a hiker kidnapped by a sasquatch, Lily and Lezard set out for Spokane. Their investigation started with a questioning of the hiker’s friend and then a trip into the nearby forests to the area where the young man had been snatched. A few scraps of fabric found were concluded to be from the hiker’s clothes with the help of Lily’s Soul Fashion Sense. And their search soon led them to not just one Bigfoot but two. And they were fighting each other over the cornered hiker. But with the pair’s arrival, the creatures found a more tempting prize, two much stronger souls, and turned their attention to Lily and Lezard. The forgotten hiker wisely took the opportunity to flee.
Once the young man had escaped, the witch and the sorcerer made quick work of the creatures with Lezard’s Calamity Blast spell. A few massive exploding fireballs and the critters were reduced to two glowing red souls floating in the air.
After Lezard absorbed them and returned to human form, he insisted on trying to collect any samples the sasquatches might have left behind. Lily just shook her head and wondered what the heck he intended to do with singed Bigfoot fur. Even if her witchcraft back home used some pretty strange ingredients, she doubted this would be of any use! After he filled a little plastic bag with a few burnt wisps of fur, they returned to Death City to report their success.
